For one of my classes in the Experience Architecture Field we were given a client which was the website #ITeachMSU. Iteachmsu is an online platform specifically tailored to support teaching endeavors and enhance learning experiences within the academic community of Michigan State University, offering a range of resources, tools, and support services for educators and students alike.In our XA 242 team project, our primary aim is to tackle the usability challenges of the iteachmsu website and uncover the reasons behind its low adoption rate. We've outlined clear and focused goals to guide our efforts effectively. Beginning with in-depth user research to identify current pain points, we'll then delve deeper into understanding the factors contributing to the site's underperformance.
